dictatorship in new zealand

Part three- how to stop it

In the previous blogpost I talked about how a dictatorship could happen in New Zealand. Now we're going to talk about how to stop that from happening.
We can stop it because we have the right to vote. We need to use this right correctly. We need to make sure we vote for a party that is best for new zealand. Because you have read about how Germany became a dictatorship you can recognise a dictatorship arising and stop it.
So vote well!

Germany was democracy before it was dictatorship. It become a dictatorship gained enough votes to become government on it's own and passed a law banning all other parties.
New Zealand is a democracy. If a parties gain over 50% percent of the vote they can form government by themselves. This was also how it was in Germany. A governing party could then pass a law making New Zealand a dictatorship.
So there is a possibly be a democracy here.
