A show at Victoria University

The time has finally come. It is time for the pro-duc-tion.. So, this means I am required to write a blog post about... Duh Duh Duh boring details that are not the sort of thing you want to read about. So I advise you to stop reading this post. But sure you leave a comment. And read the blog next week. And the week after. And the week after. Time to answer the first question: Who is coming to watch you? The answer? My mum and Nana on Wednesday night and my dad on Thursday. The second question: Have you organised to arrive at the theatre at six both nights? No I haven't. My parents have. It's a bit hard because my mum is going to Auckland on Thursday, might be staying with friends on Thursday afternoon

reading+luck=chocolates

This week I am going to blog about the interesting subject of reading challenges, which are for challenges set out for the awesome  members of room 11 and 12.
At the end of each  term those who have completed the challenges get to enter a lottery for a chance to win chocolates and a $40 book voucher. I am very successful at this, mainly because I read so much. So far in the 5 weeks of this term I have read 19 books, and completed 3 of the 7 challenges. I still need to finish reading small steps for the random challenge, and read tears, which is part of the salt trilogy by Maurice Gee. I would also need to read a book set in space to complete all the challenges.

Netball

Teamwork. balancing skills. Physical skills. socialising. friends. a sense of belonging. have fun. improve you fitness. defence and attack. new skills. lifelong knowledge. perhaps knowledge that will save your life if your a spy in a girls fiction book.

These are reasons why you should play netball. They actually sound a bit dumb when you say it like that (expect from the last one).  I promise you though this blog post is not a book called 'the beginners guide to netball.' Or anything like that. And not an advanced guide either. In case your wondering. You probably aren't. But you might be. You never know. Actually I should say I never now. I'm getting of topic.

So I'm back on topic. Now it's time for the goo-goo emotional stuff. Close your eyes if it's two painful. Here it goes.
Netball can't been written down on paper. The joys of playing It can't be described with words. (Unless you use poetry. And I can't be bothered writing a  poem today). You need to play it. And not the twisted Narinville version. You need to join a team and play it with all your heart and soul. whatever gender.

Now it's time for the  shouty must read bit

Play Netball.

Put down what your doing and sigh up for a team

lights, sound ('cause their's no camera - we're not making a movie :( ) action! almost

Since I am not a selfish soul, I am not going to steal the spotlight (which no doubt I could) at this year's school pro-duc-tion. (Kind of sing pro-duc-tion in a high voice).  No I am will be remove myself from the spotlight and be working backstage doing something a rather (I'm not sure what).

However I will be in tainted love. It would be cruel not to share me pure brilliance with those watching. I have not yet finished
